Why Workplace Training?
Medical emergencies and accidents on the job cost American companies billions of dollars each year in lost wages, health care expenses, lawsuits, and worker’s comp claims. In the short time it takes your employees to learn First Aid and CPR, more than 170 employees in the United States will suffer a disabling injury–and one or two will be killed. For more than 80 years, the American Red Cross has been helping businesses inexpensively train employees to prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. We can assist you with classes designed to fit your business needs. They are set up around your employees’ work schedules and can be completed in less than one day.
Meets OSHA Requirement The American Red Cross is Minnesota’s leading provider of health and safety training. The Red Cross is qualified to help companies comply with critical OSHA requirements and other industry-specific guidelines. Involving sight, sound, and touch, this instructional approach reaches every learning style. Written exams measure learning, help instructors review topics as needed, and simplify your documentation of training.
